What is the Return Policy? 

All sales are final. Due to the nature of secondhand & vintage items, we do our best to provide detailed descriptions of each item's condition. 

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receipt.

We do not issue refunds.

How can I pick-up my order? 

In person pick-ups are available in Ventura, Santa Barbara, & Los Angeles counties. Once your online order is placed you will receive an email letting you know that your order is ready for pick up and pick up date/location.  

Why am I being charged tax if the items are previously owned?

MIJA Studios is required by law to charge sales tax on all sales items. 

Where do you ship? 

Currently we are only shipping domestically via United States Postal Service.

How can I track my order? 

Tracking information will be provided once your order is placed. 

What if I have a question or concern after receiving my item?

You're more than welcome to reach out to us with any questions or concerns around your purchase. 

What is MIJA Studios' quality control process?

Although MIJA Studios merchandise is sold as-is, each product is subject to a thorough inspection.

Apparel is spot cleaned, pressed, and mended if necessary.

The condition of our items is classified as follows: 

  • Pristine - Never been used
  • Excellent - No visible signs of wear or damage
  • Very Good - Some wear, no visible damage
  • Good - Some wear, minor imperfections
  • Moderate - Significant wear, visible signs of use, some imperfections
